subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- You cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have not materially used the Service
- A significant service outage materially prevented you from using the platform
- You were charged in error
one-time services
One-time service fees (e.g. concierge setup) are non-refundable once the service has commenced. If the service has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@nodit.ai with your account details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement as provided by law.
